Camp Green Lane Newsletter 7/16/15

Dear Camp Families

The weather today was absolutely perfect. Everyone was happy to be outside playing and enjoying this wonderful Camp Green Lane day! There were leagues games, inter camp game practice and even another camp within a camp. Today campers participated in lacrosse camp. They were sharpening their skills and having a great time while doing it.

Last night was the Inters, Debs and Cadet show and I have to say it was amazing. The campers performed a compilation of Disney songs that really got the crowd going! Everyone was singing along to the old Disney classics and the campers on stage all had big smiles on their faces. I love the camp shows because it gives anyone who wants to be in the spotlight a chance. Every kid that wanted a solo had one and Melissa,  our drama specialist did a great job of showcasing the amazing talent we have in our lower half of camp. In 2 weeks it will be the Seniors and Greeks turn to show us what they got in their performance of High School Musical. We look forward to the second Green Lane performance this summer!
