Camp Green Lane Newsletter July 22, 2015

Dear Camp Families,

The spirit of competition was high in Camp Green Lane today. We played our second inter-camp games against Camp Nock-a-Mixon and it was a blast. We had a lot of fun playing both basketball and soccer and the sportsmanship we showed was amazing. Campers were competitive but respectful as we welcomed another camp into the arches.

The next couple days are filled with a lot of exciting activities. Tomorrow morning the older half of camp will be off to Hershey Park while the lower half will be at Dorney Park. It should be a beautiful day spent on all the rides and water parks that the two parks have to offer. The next day is Lip Sync day and all of the cabins have been working hard on their dances. I am very excited to see what each cabin has come up with this year.

The summer is moving by incredibly quickly and it is hard to believe we are almost at visiting day. Looking around at all of the campers enjoying their time in the arches really brings a smile to my face. As the weeks dwindle down I hope everyone continues to cherish each moment they have here. Can’t wait for the second half of this summer to be just as amazing as the first!
