Happy Thanksgiving from your Camp Green Lane family!
We are so happy and blessed to have everyone be a part of such an amazing CGL family and I think it is important to reflect on that. As a Camp Green Lane family, we provide an immense amount of comfort and support for one and other. We celebrate each other’s successes and are there to catch each other when we fall. We are constantly checking in with camp friends, past summer’s counselors, old campers and even the Upper staff. When we see another Camp Green Lane family member around our own neighborhood, we automatically need to ask about everything that is going on in their life. We genuinely care for each other and want everyone to succeed. It is nice to see this both inside and outside the arches! The bond that ties us together and holds us at camp forever can never be broken, so be grateful for that in these coming days. Take a second to tell someone in the CGL family why you are grateful for them, and I am sure we can all help each other have an amazing Thanksgiving day. I know I am personally Thankful for the love and respect Green Lane has shown me through the years. Each and every one of you contributes to the amazing summers I have had between the arches and I hope I am a part of making our current campers feel the same. So on Thursdays lets all make sure we say a thank you to Camp Green Lane for being a special place in our hearts that always makes us smile.
