Camp is purring along at the perfect pace. We started a new round of clinics and elective today. The most popular clinic right now is the triathlon training. The campers have been perfecting their running, swimming, and biking skills for the upcoming race on Friday. The weather is supposed to be crystal clear that day and we are looking forward to this annual event.

The rest of the day was filled with cabin activities. Right now I am sitting on the white house porch watching all that is going on. It’s my favorite spot in camp to just camper watch. The senior girls are in the circle playing their latest obsession, obstacle courses. Every day they have been setting up a new course to conquer. Every day it gets more challenging. Every day they laugh harder at their new folly. Really, what could be better? Our Greek division is in Ocean City today soaking up the ocean air. They will be writing in the next few days to tell you all about it.

Tonight we have more evening activities out of camp. The Upper Debs and Cadets go to Arnolds Fun Center. Arnolds has go-karts, laser tag, bumper cars, etc. The campers will be eating dinner there and enjoying a night of fun activities. Meanwhile, back at camp the inter boys will have leagues while the girls play counselor hunt. Lower debs and cadets will play Bingo while the seniors have bid and buy, and capture the flag. Another great day here at Camp Green Lane.

Yours in camping,
